PURPOSE: A wheel bearing assembly unit and an assembly method thereof are provided to prevent an inner wheel and a hub from being separated and to improve productivity by simplifying a processing step and an assembly step. CONSTITUTION: A wheel bearing assembly comprises a hub(10) and an inner wheel(20). The hub comprises a connection hole(11) and a hub screw connection unit(12). The inner wheel comprises an inner wheel screw connection unit(21) and an extension unit(23). The inner screw connection unit corresponds to the hub screw connection unit, and a press fitting unit corresponds to a stepped unit. When the inner wheel is rotated, the hub screw connection unit and the inner wheel screw connection unit are screwed so that the hub and the inner wheel are connected. The connection hole and the extension unit are simultaneously spline-processed after screw connection.
