摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a nano-micro pattern by sintering an organic and inorganic complex material is provided to levitate a planar or a cylindrical substrate by a magnetic levitation principle for rotating and transferring the substrate in an axial direction without contacts and radiating plasma, thereby efficiently producing the nano-micro pattern on the surface of the substrate. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a nano-micro pattern by sintering an organic and inorganic complex material comprises the steps of: preparing a planar or a cylindrical substrate(S100); applying printing ink, in which metal nano-particles are contained, on a substrate in a pattern shape(S200); sintering the metal nano-particles by minutely determining a location so as to selectively irradiate plasma on the pattern on which the printing ink is applied and then irradiating plasma(S300); removing the printing ink which exists on the substrate after the sintering and in which the metal nano-particles are not contained(S400).
