PURPOSE: A method for correcting vibrations of an image measuring device by using a fixed object is provided to improve the resolution of natural frequency by mode and a displacement response of a cable by correcting small vibrations by using the fixed object without an additional sensor. CONSTITUTION: An image measuring device arranges an obtained image file. The device designates a reference point for a fixed object. The device calculates a normalized cross correlation between a structure and the fixed object and corrects a geometric distortion. The device calculates a dynamic response data value about the structure with dynamic response data obtained from the fixed object to correct a dynamic response to the structure. The device extracts natural frequency by mode.
