PURPOSE: A fire alarm apparatus is provided to facilitate the inspection and replacement of a fire detecting sensor by moving the fire detecting sensor up and down and to easily check a state of power supply by turning on a power lamp and an operation lamp. CONSTITUTION: A fire alarm apparatus includes a controller, a motor(2), a drum(4), a wire(5), and a fire detecting sensor(6). The controller has a motor control unit connecting a motor manipulating unit and the motor and a fire alarm control unit connecting the fire detecting sensor, a buzzer and an alarm lamp. The motor is installed on a ceiling and is controlled by the motor control unit according to the operation of an up and down switch of the motor manipulating unit by being connected to the motor control unit of the controller. The drum is rotated by the motor. The wire reeled on the drum moves an end part up and down according to the rotational direction of the drum. The fire detecting sensor is connected to the end part of the wire and moves up and down by being hung on the wire reeled on the drum. |
