摘要 The method comprises placing one of inner faces (FI1-FI2) of a first sheet (T1) and a second sheet (T2) of a sedentary part (PS) in front of the other inner faces, and solidarizing the first and second sheets while inducing selected zones of local matter fusions in a shape of narrow cords by laser welding at a distance from offsite faces (FE1, FE2). One of the inner faces is provided with a protection coating. The placing step is performed by spacing the inner faces at a distance chosen on a level of the selected zones. The method comprises placing one of inner faces (FI1-FI2) of a first sheet (T1) and a second sheet (T2) of a sedentary part (PS) in front of the other inner faces, and solidarizing the first and second sheets while inducing selected zones of local matter fusions in a shape of narrow cords by laser welding at a distance from offsite faces (FE1, FE2). One of the inner faces is provided with a protection coating. The placing step is performed by spacing the inner faces at a distance chosen on a level of the selected zones. The distance between the inner faces on the level of the selected zones is 0.1-0.6 mm. The shape of the narrow cords comprises a straight line, a C-shape and a line presenting an undulation. The cords have an average width of 1 mm. The laser welding is carried out at a distance of 50-70 cm from the offsite faces. The solidarizing step utilizes a power laser of neodymium-doped yttrium aluminum garnet type to carry out the laser welding.
