ABSTRACT - 596260 The disclosure relates to diarylthiohydantoin compounds having the formula (I), wherein R1 and R2 are together with the carbon to which they are linked, a cycloalkyl group of 6 or 7 carbon atoms, wherein R3 is selected from the group consisting of dimethylcarbamoylalkyl and cyanoalkyl, and wherein R4 is hydrogen or halogen. These compounds interfere with the transcription of prostate specific antigen mRNA and are suitable for the treatment of a hyperproliferative disorder such as hormone refractory prostate cancer, breast cancer and ovarian cancer.
