The device has a tube divisible into two sections (1, 2), and a flattened end to be placed in moth, where an opposite end is designed to place a cigarette (8). A filter (7) is inserted into a cigarette holder. The filter and the cigarette are attached to create a hopper (10). The cigarette holder is micro-perforated on its circumference (6), where surfaces of the micro perforated holder are defined according to desired degree of de-pollution. The holder is located close to an exhaust end of cigarette smoke in its housing. The filter is replaced by a perforated or porous interchangeable wall.
