The mask (1) has branch portions (2, 3) comprising connection portions for connecting to the mask and lengthened portions (4) that are adapted to be engaged on ears of a user. The lengthened portions allow maintenance of the mask on the face of the user. Positioning parts (5) of the branch portions are adapted to fit in grooves (121), so that the branch portions are maintained in fixed folding and unfolding positions with respect to the mask. The grooves are formed on interior side of the mask. The mask is made of plastic.
