PURPOSE: A nonlinear bending pipe smart module drill device is provided to easily remove a burr formed around a drill hole on a lower surface of a nonlinear bending pipe by forming a burr removing unit. CONSTITUTION: A nonlinear bending pipe smart module drill device comprises a bending pipe fixing unit(10), an upper drill unit(20), and a burr removing unit(30). The bending pipe fixing unit comprises a mounting plate(110) and a fixing jig. The upper drill unit comprises a drill member(210) and a lifting member(220). The burr removing unit comprises a burr removing member and the lifting member. The burr removing member removes a burr formed around the drill hole on the lower surface of a bending pipe.
