PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing the structure of a reflection layer and the structure manufactured by the method, and a light emitting diode for the same are provided to optimize reflectivity and light extraction efficiency and to secure a high efficiency LED. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting structure(130) includes a first electrode(101), a first conductive semiconductor layer(102), an active layer(103), and a second conductive semiconductor layer(105). A contact layer(106) is formed in the lower part of the second conductive semiconductor layer. The contact layer maximizes the scattered reflection effect of the light coming from the outside. A reflector(107) is formed under the contact layer or the light emitting structure. The reflector mainly reflects specific wavelength light.
