PURPOSE: Clamps for a safety board are provided to improve work efficiency and to reduce personnel costs and construction period by fixing a pipe and a scaffold in a short period of time. CONSTITUTION: Clamps(10) for a safety board comprise gears(13,13'), a center gear(14), a sliding gear(15), and a spring(30). The gear, the center gear, and a sliding gear are included in the inside of an upper case and a lower case(12) to be engaged, and the spring is included between the sliding gear and the gear. The safety board clamp is inserted into a hole of a fixed bracket and is fixed with a fixing pin(21). The fixed bracket is inserted into a groove of a clamp fixing holder and is connected to the groove with a bolt.
