The material plate (1) comprises a middle substrate layer (2), and a decorative layer (3) on a side of the substrate layer. The decorative layer is applied to both sides of the material plate to be produced and an accurate embossment is present. The structures are formed to both sides of the material plate in a covered manner. The decorative layer consists of a decorative paper and embossment on the front- and back side of the material plate. The decorative paper and embossment have a symmetrical structure to the longitudinal direction and/or transverse direction originating from the center. The overlay layers are transparently formed. The material plate consists of fiber-containing materials such as medium density fiberboard, high density fiberboard, chip, oriented strand board or plywood.
