PURPOSE: A strip meandering prevention apparatus for a cold rolled looper is provided to independently perform the operation of meandering prevention when the meandering of a strip which passes on a looper roller occurs. CONSTITUTION: A strip meandering prevention apparatus for a cold rolled looper includes a fixed shaft(110), a moving chamber(120), and a hollow roller(130). The fixed shaft is provided with a pivot(121) on the center part. The moving chamber is connected to the fixed shaft which penetrates the moving chamber, and the moving chamber is rotatable back and forth on the pivot. The roller is inserted with the moving chamber, connected rotatably to the moving chamber, and allows the strip to pass on the surface of the roller.
