EQUIPMENT TO FEED MIXED METAL POWDERS IN MOULD FOR FABRICATION OF MICRO BLADE

PURPOSE: An injecting device for mixed metal powder for manufacturing a microblade is provided to lower a failure rate by injecting the mixed metal powder into a mold in a state where a preformed unit for a microblade including even density and excellent flatness can be obtained. CONSTITUTION: An injecting device for mixed metal powder for manufacturing a microblade comprises a mold mounting body(10), a mold rotating unit(20), a mixed metal powder supply unit(30), and a powder spreading plate(40). The powder spreading plate is located in a molding space of a mold which is mounted on the mold mounting body. When the power spreading plate is located in the molding space of the mold, the mixed metal powder which is injected into the molding space is pushed by rotation of the mold so that the mixed metal powder can be spread in the molding space.
