<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system which registers information required for a transaction in order to provide a customer with smooth refueling service beforehand and manages the information. <P>SOLUTION: By identification information capable of uniquely identifying a customer stored in an IC tag 4, a transaction information registration system registers information for settling a value for refueling service with which the customer is provided. A store terminal 2 transmits card information of a credit card together with a credit inquiry request of a transaction by the credit card of the customer to a credit information management device 3. The credit information management device 3 determines whether or not the transaction by the credit card can be credited by referring to a credit information storage section 31. As this result, when credit of the transaction by the credit card is approved, in a transaction information management device 1, the card information and the identification information read from the IC tag 4 are associated with a transaction information storage section 11 and are stored therein.
