<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine whose performance effect is improved by a drive member for operating a movable performance member. <P>SOLUTION: An upper performance unit 600 includes a decorative movable portion 650 for executing a performance action and a movable mechanism portion 610 for allowing the decorative movable part 650 to execute the performance action. The movable mechanism portion 610 includes a motor 614 for generating a drive force for operating the decorative movable portion 650 and a drive member for executing a driving operation for operating the decorative movable portion 650 by the drive force from the motor 614. The drive member is arranged behind the decorative movable portion 650, and includes a decorative rotating plate 613 where the front is ornamented with a predetermined decoration.
