<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating device of a gear meshing type transmission in which operability of oblique shift operation is enhanced compared to conventional ones in a transmission constitution not having a guide plate regulating the movement of a shift and select shaft. <P>SOLUTION: The operating device of a gear meshing type transmission has the shift and select shaft 2, fork shafts 4, 5, 6 of three shafts or more, and an inner lever 3, respective shifting steps are allocated so as to follow the lining order of respective shift heads 41, 51, 61 and such that one side of the axial direction is a low speed shift side and the other side of the axial direction is a high speed shift side, the shift and select shaft is obliquely arranged to the fork shafts (inclined angle: θ), a moving line is biasedly displaced to the low speed shift side form a center line in the shift head 41 allocated with the low speed step and the moving line is biasedly displaced to the high speed shift side from the center line in the shift head 61 allocated with the high speed step, wherein a line connecting the neutral positions of the shift heads is a center line CL and the moving locus of the inner lever is a moving line M1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
