<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film laminate being excellent in lightweight property, aesthetic appearance or the like. <P>SOLUTION: This film laminate is a film laminate where an undercoat layer, a first overcoat layer and a second overcoat layer are laminated in order on a substrate.
