PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a large-capacity information recording medium capable of acquiring BCA codes without being influenced by damage to recording layers when recording the BCA codes.

SOLUTION: BCA codes of recording layers L0,L1,L2 are arranged in an L0 layer information area, an L1 layer information area, and an L2 layer information area, respectively, which are obtained by dividing a BCA area in an optical disk circumferential direction. The L0 layer information area, the L1 layer information area, and the L2 layer information area are arranged so that they are not overlapped each other when viewed from the laser incident side.
