<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arranging structure of a reserve tank for freely determining the size and a shape of a storage box and a step, in a motor scooter type vehicle mounted with a water-cooled engine. <P>SOLUTION: As indicated in (b), the reserve tank 130 is arranged in a rear fender 100. Since the reserve tank 130 is arranged in the rear fender 100, the size and the shape of the storage box 20 can be determined without being influenced by the reserve tank 130.
