<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a civil engineering block having excellent workability capable of being easily and accurately piled at a desired piling angle even by ordinary operators who are unfamiliar with piling of the civil engineering blocks which have a three-dimensional shape, are bulky and are heavy. <P>SOLUTION: A civil engineering block 1 has a top plate part 2, a bottom plate part 3, and a support part 4. Engaging structures 5 are provided to the top plate part 2 and the bottom plate part 3 in order to combine the civil engineering blocks 1 vertically piled.
