PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive fiber superior in yarn-making properties and conductivity.

SOLUTION: The conductive fiber comprises: a core part containing a polyester resin; a sheath part that covers the core part and contains a polyester resin and a carbon nanotube; and an outermost layer that covers the sheath part and contains a thermoplastic resin. The sheath part further contains an aromatic amide compound represented by the following formula (1). (where, X is the following chemical formula (2) or (3), and R1 and R2 are the same or different and are each a 5-12C cycloalkyl group.)
