<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste plastic catalytic cracking liquefaction apparatus and a catalytic cracking liquefaction method of a waste plastic. <P>SOLUTION: The catalytic cracking liquefaction apparatus of waste plastic includes: an insulated gate 7 capable of freely opening that is provided with a thermal insulation board to intercept the heat transmission of the heat from a reaction vessel 1 to a raw material charge column 5 at a predetermined position on the way of the channel of the raw material from the raw material charge entrance of the raw material charge column 5 to the reaction vessel 1; a catalyst discharge apparatus to exhaust the catalyst and the reaction residue of a constant rate in the operation of the liquefaction apparatus; and a catalyst tank for filling to supplement the catalyst of the same degree of the amount of the exhausted catalyst. The waste plastic of a raw material turned on from the raw material charge entrance is prevented from being dissolved during the turning on to the reaction vessel 1, and the adhering to the internal surface of the flow path of the raw material, and the catalytic cracking liquefaction of waste plastic can be achieved continuously and in high efficiency without stopping the apparatus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
