<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear part of a vehicle body, configured to prevent a reduction in volume of a rear luggage room even if a fuel cylinder is put in the rear luggage room, and to complement the strength of a bulkhead even if the bulkhead has an opening. <P>SOLUTION: The rear part 13 of the vehicle body includes: a bulkhead 17 for separating a cabin 31 from a rear luggage room 32; and a container holding mechanism that holds a fuel container 21. Right and left vertical frames 34 and 35 of the container holding mechanism are mounted on right and left rear side frames 23 and 24 of a rear floor 15 to vertically extend (in the x-axis direction). The fuel container 21 held by the container holding mechanism is arranged forward at a distance B from the bulkhead 17. A horizontal bar (front horizontal bar) 36 of the container holding mechanism extends laterally.
