摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To switch a flow condition of a fluid more quickly in a pinch valve while reducing the size and weight of the valve. <P>SOLUTION: In the pinch valve 10, a spring 48 energizing a movable iron core 38, which constitutes a solenoid portion 16, toward the side of a tube 12 arranged in a body 14 is disposed between the movable iron core 38 and an end cover 46. An elastic force Fb of the spring 48 is set to be smaller than a reactive force Fa of the tube 12 applied to a valve element 54. In a non-excited state of the solenoid portion 16, the valve element 54 is pressed toward the solenoid portion 16 side by the reactive force Fa of the tube 12, so that the fluid flows through a flow passage 24 of the tube 12. In an excited state of the solenoid portion 16, since an attractive force Fc of the movable iron core 38 toward the tube 12 side is added to the elastic force Fb of the spring 48, the valve element 54 is pressed against the reactive force Fa of the tube 12 to block the flow passage 24. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
