<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method capable of manufacturing water content adjusting soil by providing simpler water content adjusting means to raw material soil without using a natural drying method or a soil improvement method with inconvenience. <P>SOLUTION: The raw material soil is conveyed by a carrying-in device 2, supplied to an input port 3a of a treatment container 3, and inputted from the input port 3a into a storage space 10. Inside the storage space 10, a plurality of paddle mixers 11 are rotationally driven, and the soil is transferred from the side of the input port 3a to the side of a discharge port 3b while being agitated by the paddle mixers 11. At the time, by an air jetting device 5, compressed air is continuously jetted to the soil agitated inside the storage space 10 of the treatment container 3. Then, the water content of the soil initially having a high water content inputted from the input port 3a of the treatment container 3 is reduced by several points while it passes through the inside of the treatment container 3 and is discharged from the discharge port 3b, and it is discharged from the discharge port 3b as treated soil. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
