Provided are a game control device, program, game control method, and game control system that make it possible for players to efficiently advance a game with simple operations. The method by which a game server (20) controls the game is as follows: First, multiple menus to which are assigned multiple respective functions, which are executed in the game and for which a player's game points are consumed when the various functions are executed, are displayed on a communication terminal (10). Among the multiple functions, one of the functions that can be executed using the points is selected according to a priority level previously established in the game. The selected function is assigned to a prescribed instruction input button or is assigned to a prescribed position in the multiple menus. The displayed form of the menu to which the selected function is assigned is changed. The selected function is executed by operating the assigned instruction input button or indicating the assigned position.
