To save time and increase attachment accuracy, in a sub wiring harness with a clip (1), a clip (2) is provided at a position relative to an electric wire (3) able to be locked with an attaching hole (52) of a panel (51). A wire-fixing portion (11) integrally molded with a periphery of the electric wire (3) for fixing the electric wire (3), and a hook-shaped portion (12) hooking on a bundle (31) of electric wires (32) are provided on a tip of an offset piece (9). The hook-shaped portion (12) disposed at the tip side of the offset piece (9) is bent in a direction substantially perpendicular to a main body portion (5), and the hook-shaped portion (12) is projected from the tip side toward the main body portion (5) in a direction substantially parallel to the main body portion (5).
