<p>PURPOSE: A thumbnail image providing method and an image photographing device using the same are provided to conveniently and easily select a good image by intuitively editing a thumbnail image and confirming the thumbnail image corresponding to image data. CONSTITUTION: An image photographing device displays a plurality of thumbnail images corresponding to image data(S710). When one or more of thumbnail images are selected from the thumbnail images, the device changes a display state of the selected images(S720,S730).
