摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system that thaws frozen reforming water for use in steam reforming without any cost for additional components. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel cell device 100 includes: a fuel cell stack 1 that generates electricity by use of fuel gas and air; an air blower 20 that supplies air to the fuel cell stack 1; a hot water storage tank 11; an off-gas path 29a through which off gas from the fuel cell stack 1 flows; a heat exchange mechanism 50 that performs heat exchange between the off gas and hot water stored in the hot water storage tank 11; a condensed water tank 6 that stores therein water that has been condensed by the heat exchange in the heat exchange mechanism 50 in the generation of electricity; a reforming section 2 that uses the condensed water as reforming water so as to reform raw material gas into the fuel gas; and a control device 19. When the fuel cell device 100 is activated, the control device 19 operates the air blower 20 so as to let the air flow into the condensed water tank 6 through the off-gas path 29a, and operates the heat exchange mechanism 50 so as to heat the air, which has been flown into the condensed water tank 6, by heat exchange with the stored hot water. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
