<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to, even when charging/discharging of an all-solid lithium battery using silicon for its negative electrode is repeated, prevent a cycle characteristic from deteriorating. <P>SOLUTION: A charging/discharging control system for a lithium ion battery including a negative electrode 1 containing silicon and an electrolyte layer 2 containing a solid electrolyte, comprises: charged amount threshold value comparing means for comparing a charged amount of the lithium ion battery, which is sent from charged amount measuring means for measuring the charged amount, with a threshold value; and charge instructing means for, when the charged amount threshold value comparing means determines that the charged amount exceeds the threshold value, sending a signal instructing to end charging, wherein a charged amount set as the threshold value is set at 50% or less of a theoretical capacity of the silicon or is set at 60% or less of a chargeable capacity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
