PURPOSE: A logo image displaying device in a portable terminal and a method thereof are provided to continuously display a business logo image on a screen by adding the extended business logo image to a background screen image. CONSTITUTION: A display unit(103) displays a screen including a business log image, and a memory unit(105) stores the business log image. When the screen is converted, a control unit(101) searches a first space by analyzing the converted screen. When the first space is existed, the control unit arranges the business logo image on the first space. When the first space is not existed, the control unit arranges the business logo image between the application icons included in the converted screen.
