<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent stress concentration while structuring a steering wheel with a step part. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle steering device includes: a steering wheel 6; and first and second stoppers 47 and 48 that regulates the movement amount of the steering wheel 6 to the axial direction X1. The steering wheel 6 contains a first outer peripheral surface 61, a second outer peripheral surface 62 that has a larger diameter than the first outer peripheral surface 61, and a toroidal step part 63 where the first outer peripheral surface 61 and the second outer peripheral surface 62 are connected. The step part 63 includes: a contact part 64 that opposes the axial direction X1 to the stoppers 47 and 48; a first corner 65 of the cross sectional concave curve that connects the first outer peripheral surface 61 and the inner end of the contact part 64, and the second corner 66 of cross sectional concave curve that connects the first outer peripheral surface 61 and the second outer peripheral surface 62 in the position of the front side or the rear side more than the central axis line of the steering wheel 6 with the curvature radius larger than the first corner 65. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
