<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly switch a power supply capacitance at a hub side when the priority order of power supply is set to a port. <P>SOLUTION: When such an event that the operation mode of a first camera is switched from a low power mode to a high power mode occurs, and a power supply capability is not sufficient at a hub side, a server device transmits to a second camera an instruction to set the operation mode to the low power mode, and to lower the priority order of power supply. Then, when receiving an ACK response from the second camera, the server device updates a content of an MIB (Management Information Base) relating to the second camera, and transmits to the first camera an instruction to set the operation mode to the high power mode, and to raise the priority order of power supply.
