<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering device capable of improving design flexibility and maintainability. <P>SOLUTION: This steering device 1 includes a housing 10, a rack shaft 8 and a tie rod 12 stored in the housing 10 and moving in response to steering, and a bellows 14 for preventing intrusion of foreign matter into a clearance P by sealing the clearance P between an inner peripheral surface 10B of the housing 10 and the rack shaft 8 or the tie rod 12. The steering device 1 includes a peripheral groove 36 formed on the inner peripheral surface 10B of the housing 10, an inner-fitting part 20 arranged in one end part of the bellows 14 and fitted in the inner peripheral surface 10B of the housing 10, an elastic member 28 arranged on an outer peripheral surface 20A of the inner-fitting part 20 and fitted in the peripheral groove 36, and an out-fitting part arranged in the other end part of the bellows 14 and fitted around the outer peripheral surface of the rack shaft 8 and the tie rod 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
