<p>Disclosed is a non-woven fibrous fabric comprising directly formed fibres with a V-shaped structure provided in the fabric, wherein the fibres consist of 65-75% of melt-blown fibres and the remainder as terylene short fibres to form a continuous, fluffy and elastic fabric structure with no large gaps. Also disclosed is equipment for producing a non-woven fibrous fabric, comprising a receiver (4), a carder (1) provided on the left side above the receiver (4) and a screw extruder (2) provided on the right side above the receiver (4), the bottom of the screw extruder (2) being connected to a spinneret plate (3), a lapping machine (7) being provided between the carder (1) and the receiver (4), and an end of the lapping machine (7) being provided with an electrostatic generating device located below the spinneret plate (3). When viewed lengthwise along the vertical section, the fibrous fabric has a V-shaped arrangement, a relatively high level of filling, and has an ideal degree of fluffiness and uniformity.</p> |
