摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A system and a method for real-time molecular sequencing using a piezoelectric element are provided to enable ss-DNA sequencing and to maximize detection efficiency and reliability. CONSTITUTION: A system(100) for real-time molecular sequencing using a piezoelectric element comprises a measuring tank(4), a separation wall(20), an electrode element(10), a moving device, a first voltage application unit(11), and a first measuring unit(12). The measuring tank contains electrolyte for maintaining a plurality of biopolymer. The separation wall has nanopores(21) with a diameter that allows the biopolymer to pass without twisting or overlapping. The electric device is mounted at the upper end and the lower end of the separation wall and supplies a power to move the biopolymer through the nanopore. The moving device comprises a probe(70), the piezoelectric element, and a moving unit(50). The first application unit is connected to the electrode element and applies voltage to the electrode element. The first measuring unit analyzes a molecular sequence by measuring current change.</p>
