<p>PURPOSE: A system with a nanochannel using a piezoelectric element is provided to enable accurate ss-DNA sequencing and to maximize sensing efficiency and reliability without twisting or overlapping. CONSTITUTION: A system(100) with a nanochannel for real-time sequencing using a piezoelectric element comprises a measuring tank(4), a separation wall(20), a nanochannel, an electrode device, a moving device, a first voltage application unit, and a first measuring unit. The measuring tank contains electrolytes which maintain a plurality of biopolymers. The nanochannel is mounted at the separation wall and has a width and a height that allow the biopolymer to pass without twisting or overlapping. The electrode device is separately mounted on both sides of the separation wall and supplies a power to move the biopolymer though the nanochannel. The moving device has a probe(70), the piezoelectric element, and a moving unit(50). The first voltage application unit is connected to the electrode device and applies voltage to the electrode device. The first measuring unit analyzes molecular sequence by measuring the current change.</p> |
