摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A method for detecting a target material is provided to identify a small amount of the target materials on a fiber support with naked eyes, and to ensure quick and simple identification. CONSTITUTION: A method for detecting a target material comprises: a step of placing a sample to be detected on a fiber support; a step of spraying an aptamer-gold nanoparticle conjugate solution; and a step of determining the color of the surface of the support with naked eyes. The aptamer-gold nanoparticle conjugate comprises a composite of a first aptamer and gold nanoparticles and a composite of a second aptamer and gold nanoparticles. The concentration of the aptamer-gold nanoparticle conjugate is 6-16 nM. The target material is a protein, a cell, a peptide, a nucleic acid, a lipid, an inorganic compound, a low molecular organic material, a metal ion, hormone, or antibiotics. The amount of detectable target materials is 0.001 pmol or more.</p>
