<p>PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode display device is provided to compensate a drop of a high potential voltage by compensating a threshold voltage using a voltage to reflect the drop of the high potential voltage. CONSTITUTION: An organic light emitting diode includes an anode electrode connected to a drain electrode of a driving TFT and a cathode electrode connected to a low potential voltage source. A first TFT(T1) connects a second node to a high potential voltage source in response to a light emitting signal supplied from a light emitting line. A second TFT(T2) connects a data line to a third node in response to a scan signal supplied from a scan line. A fourth TFT(T4) connects a first node to a reference voltage source in response to a second sensing signal from a second sensing line. A first capacitor(C1) is connected between the first node and the second node.</p> |
