PURPOSE: A variable compression ratio device unit is provided to comprise a trajectory guide structure through a swing link for moving through dual type swing and eccentric links without using a connecting rod connected to a piston. CONSTITUTION: A variable compression ratio device unit a dual eccentric link(10) and a dual swing link(20). The dual eccentric link is assembled by the medium of a piston pin(30) which is connected to a piston by covering the width thickness of a connecting rod(1) upper end. The upper end of the connecting rod is joined with a piston. The lower end of the connecting rod is joined with a crank shaft(3).
