PURPOSE: A user terminal is provided to prevent the unnecessary charge for a telephone number which is suspected as a spam number by enabling a user to directly confirm the importance of a reception call. CONSTITUTION: A control unit determines the reception of a call(S300). The control unit stores the received call(S302). The control unit provides the reception information of the reception call to a user(S304). The control unit calculates echo time for a ring signal(S306). The control unit connects the reception call to the user(S308). The control unit terminates the corresponding call connection when the termination of the call connection is requested from the user(S310).
