PURPOSE: A fermented gas exhaust device of packing plastic bags is provided to smoothly exhaust fermented gas inside the packing plastic bag and prevent the liquid contents from being exhausted. CONSTITUTION: An outer housing(10) is positioned on the outside of a plastic bag(5) which is coupled by leaving the holes of the plastic bags in between. First vent holes(12) are formed in the center of the outer housing and an absorber(13) which absorbs moisture is installed on the top of the first vent holes. A moveable first shielding film(14) which selectively shields the first vent holes in the upper side of the absorber. Second vent holes(22) are formed in the center of an inner housing(20). A moveable second shielding film(23) which selectively shields the second vent holes is installed on the upper part of the second vent holes. Liquid discharge prevention devices(30) are in a semi-sphere shape which has a plurality of holes(32) and selectively shield holes by flow layers having a larger area than the holes using fluid pressure.
