The method comprising the steps of providing an analysis chamber with a window and a scanner located outside of the analysis chamber; moving the sample of plant material through the analysis chamber; compressing the sample of plant material against the window as the sample of plant material Is being moved through the analysis chamber; and analyzing the sample of plant material with the scanner through the window to produce data. |
