<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable transfer of continuous data. <P>SOLUTION: A transmission circuit 12 inverts the level of a poll signal PL each time outputting data TDO. A receiving circuit 13, in response to a read request signal REQ, receives the poll signal at a plurality of timings, and also receives the transmission data TDO at the plurality of timings.
