<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when a developer stored in a developer storage unit is aggregated, torque for driving a conveying unit for conveying the developer increases. <P>SOLUTION: A developer conveying device includes a conveying unit 25c that is arranged inside a developer storage unit 15, and rotates to convey developer in a predetermined developer conveying direction.
