<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bus-bar assembly which can achieve downsizing of the bus-bar assembly while securing prescribed electric capacity. <P>SOLUTION: In a bus-bar assembly comprising plate-like first and second conductor plates (2, 3), the first conductor plate (2) is interposed by the two second conductor plates (3) via an insulator (4).
