<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical scanner that stably scan a surface to be scanned without causing an increase in costs. <P>SOLUTION: A light source device 11 includes a light source 101, a glass plate 102, a light-receiving element 103, and a protective cover 104. The size of the light-receiving element 103 is set such that each of the amount of a plurality of light beams that are emitted from a plurality of light-emitting units and received by the light-receiving element 103 is 0.01 mW or more; and that when a full angular width at half maximum of the light beams emitted from the plurality of light-emitting units is changed, a rate of change of a ratio of the amount of light beams received by the light-receiving element 103 to the amount of light beams that passes an opening of an aperture plate is 4% or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
