PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation display device that appropriately notifies details of an interruption screen such as warning, while ensuring operability.

SOLUTION: The operation display device having a touch panel displays an operation screen, and a notification screen to be overlapped on the operation screen. When the operation display device displays the notification screen, in the case that a touch on the touch panel is detected (S103), it specifies a display position of the notification screen in a display area that does not include the position of the touch (S107), and displays the notification screen (S111). The operation display device receives a touch on the operation screen outside the notification screen as an instruction input to the operation screen.
