<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a compact structure and securely separate and recover dust without stirring up the dust. <P>SOLUTION: This cyclone device 1 includes: a main swirling chamber 23 having a main dust-collecting chamber 11; a main suction passage 37 communicating with the main swirling chamber 23; and a main discharge passage 68 communicating vertically with the main swirling chamber 23. The cyclone device 1 also includes; a main cyclone 4 for storing dust in the main dust-collecting chamber 11 by swirling the air flowing in from the main suction passage 37 through the main swirling chamber 23 and then discharging the air from the main discharge passage 68; an auxiliary suction passage branching upwardly from the main suction passage 37; an auxiliary swirling chamber 62 installed above the main swirling chamber 23 and communicating with the auxiliary suction passage; an auxiliary discharge passage 69 communicating vertically with the auxiliary swirling chamber 62; an auxiliary dust-collecting chamber 30 communicating with the auxiliary swirling chamber 62 and separated from the main dust-collecting chamber 11; and an auxiliary cyclone 5 for collecting dust in the auxiliary dust-collecting chamber 30 by swirling the air flowing in from the auxiliary suction passage through the auxiliary swirling chamber 62 and then discharging the air from the auxiliary discharge passage 69. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
